Morningside, Miami

Morningside is a traditionally historic and guard-gated neighborhood that is home to some of Miami’s most unique and private waterfront and non-waterfront homes.

Located just north of downtown, in what is called the Upper Eastside, Morningside has some of the largest and most expansive homes in the area with a mix of Art Deco and Mediterranean revival architecture that date back to the early 1920s. The first historic district to be designated as such in the City of Miami, is it the most historically intact, with strong resident support for the preservation of it’s character.

The area features many attractions, including Morningside Park which hosts a Saturday farmer’s market, and the upcoming Biscayne Corridor–home to to stylish and trendy boutiques, outdoor cafes and some of the area’s top restaurants.
